Annoying Thing

Today I went to the university to quickly pick up some books for Chester. So I went to where the 20 minute loading zone is by the admin building and there was a campus cop car there. Why wouldn't he park at a meter and save the few free spots for the people who actually have to pay? Don't cops get to park for free on campus? Or in the centre of the loops like the university vehicles? So that was stupid.
