Everyday I am so intrigued about my life in Taiwan, I love it so much. I may or may not have mentioned this before, but did you know that I live on the same street as the tallest building in the world? How crazy is that? Everytime I see it I am filled with energy. Everyday I bike past crowds of people, beautiful tropical foiliage and busy shops. I teach incredible kids who speak multiple languages, often in the same sentence. I have friends, not the same as home but honest and loyal and fun to be with. People I can be real with.
I am fortuante enough to have been blessed with a peaceful countenance. I am happy here, but I have been happy other places too. I beleive I could be happy almost anywhere. "I have learned the secret of being content in every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do everything through Him who gives me strength." Philippians 4:12-13.

It makes me happy to hear someone who is happy to be living in Taiwan. I'm glad that you are able to see all the good things here on the island. There are so many things to choose from.

I do miss Taiwan...we've been toying with the idea of returning in a couple of years...
