Better!

What better week this has been! The stress of March is behind, and the final quarter of school remains. Elementary concert is coming up, which is great beacuse a) I love performing with the kids, and b) we have stuff to work on every class. The sun came out today and there was a beautiful blue sky overhead. It's a good day to be Nevada.

I feel it's important to mention just how awesome my husband is. During the stressful time he did dishes for me (Our system is I do dishes, he does laundry), and surprised me with a new magazine. Yesterday he brought the baby to school for me with my new favorite drink. (I had it once last week, said I liked it, and he remembered! That's the kind of thoughtful things he does) He's offered to get up with the baby in the night (although he can't do much for her) and has put her to bed when I conked out early a few times, too. He is a good Daddy, and tries so hard to get into the baby activities; little stories and gooing and gaaing, all that fun infant playing stuff that can get so lame and repetitive. I love him so much, and I love our family so much. Our marriage is totally a union made by God; how else could two people with such glaring differences get together? Chris is God's plan for me, and I for him, and this marriage is 'til death do us part. 6 years in June, baby!
