Yay, we did it! Yay, we did it! (Does anyone watch Dora out there?)
We had probably the best trip home ever. Gemma was a star, pheww. Our suitcases were all suitcases this year. No hockey bags or ripped duffels. Real suitcases with wheels, what a good way to spend money. Our luggage was all underweight. Chris wasn't injured and I wasn't pregnant so it was easy to haul around our luggage (which, by the way, all fits on ONE cart in the airport!) Everything seemed to go our way.
Fighting jet lag? We'll have to wait and see. Slept good last night, had a nap in the early afternoon and so should be ready for bed here at bedtime and hopefully sleep through.
Tomorrow have to get my license renewed, and DRIVE for the 1st time in 10 months. How cool. My dad and Sheri lent us a car for the summer, which is awesome. Also, we need diapers and a police check for Ranger Lake. Go out and see Dad and Sheri. Play with Baba and all her cool toys. So much to do!
