Back to school

Things that made it HARD to go to school:

So early!
So dark.
So COLD (our house was 17 degrees)

Things that redeemed the morning:

cute banter with Gemma and Chris, as they snuggled on the couch watching the end of the football game.
outside was nicer than inside. And the sun was starting to come up.
coffee!
I cleaned my classroom over the break, so that was nice. (Thank you honey, for work time)
New crocs! The canvas Tom's shoes kind, and they are purple. Seriously, the only shoes I can wear all day and have feet that aren't sore are crocs.

Two days survived! This is actually the best time of year because there are only three weeks until the next break!
