Baby update

The new baby is growing so much! He/she is 4.4 cm, or 11 weeks 5days size (for a Chinese baby) It has no transperency nucle-blahblahvbah, which is a good thing. I love ultrasounds at this stage because you can see the whole little body; legs all tucked up and arms crouched in front. Just like a real little baby. I'll be honest, when I was first pregnant I wasn't thinking about how excited I was but instead how tired I was. But as this little person grows and develops I am getting super pumped. What will he be like? Will she look like Chris again? Peronality? Gemma is so funny lately, always cracking me up, and so I am excited to meet our new kid and see what he'll be like. So worth the tiredness!!

Yes, we are finding out the sex. Dr. Lee said next month he'll be able to tell us. He looked around a lot yesterday (he knows Chris is super excited for this) but couldn't see anything yet. We'll keep you posted! Or since so many of you are against finding out the sex, maybe we'll let you be surprised!

Finding out the sex is a personal choice, and it is totally up to you weather or not you want to tell anyone. We found out with Matthew (one week before he was born) and didn't tell anyone. It is up to you if you want to surprise everyone now, or later.
Also James cousin found out the sex of their first one fairly early in the pregnancy, it was a girl, but when the baby was born surprise it was a boy.
